Description
Guacamole is a delicious addition or topping to any meal.
Ingredients
2 avocados
1–2 stocks of green onion – finely chopped
4–6 grape tomatoes – finely chopped
1/2 to 1 tsp of salt
1/2 – 1 whole lime – juiced
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl add chopped green onions, chopped grape tomatoes, fresh cilantro, lime juice and salt.
- Let stand until just before serving, so the veggie mixture has time to seep flavor into the juices.
- Add 2 avocados just before you serve to ensure that the avocados won’t turn brown.
- Taste it at this stage, and add more lime and salt as needed.
Notes
Nice to serve as an appetizer with corn chips.
