Vibrant 3 Bean Salad

An eye catching dish for any celebration. Great with Burgers, chicken, really any grilled meat or just by itself for a delightful vegetarian meal.


Ingredients

Units Scale

2 stalks celery, chopped
1/3 cup purple onion, chopped
1 cup green olives,
1/2 red bell pepper
1 1/2 cup yellow and or orange tomatoes
1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can cannelloni beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup Garlic Expressions Dressing
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Fresh parley & cilantro


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add all the chopped vegetables and beans.
  2. Dress with Garlic Expressions dressing, and oregano.
  3. Top with fresh herbs.
  4. Stir to blend everything together.
  5. Serve
