Ingredients

3/4 cup of butter (1 1/2 sticks)
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 mashed bananas
2 eggs well beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
3/4 cups pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Blend in banana’s, eggs, and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, soda, and salt.
- Add flour mix to banana mixture alternating with buttermilk. Continue to blend as you add these ingredients, add nuts.
- Pour into greased and floured muffin tins and bake for 30 mins.
