Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients

3/4 cup of butter (1 1/2 sticks)

1 1/2 cups sugar

3 mashed bananas

2 eggs well beaten

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour

1 tsp soda

3/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup buttermilk

3/4 cups pecans


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°
  2. Cream together butter and sugar. 
  3. Blend in banana’s, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, soda, and salt. 
  5. Add flour mix to banana mixture alternating with buttermilk. Continue to blend as you add these ingredients, add nuts.
  6. Pour into greased and floured muffin tins and bake for 30 mins.
