  • Author: Myndi

Description

Guacamole is a delicious addition or topping to any meal.

Ingredients

Scale

2 avocados

12 stocks of green onion – finely chopped

46 grape tomatoes – finely chopped

1/2 to 1 tsp of salt

1/21 whole lime – juiced

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl add chopped green onions, chopped grape tomatoes, fresh cilantro, lime juice and salt.
  2. Let stand until just before serving, so the veggie mixture has time to seep flavor into the  juices.
  3. Add 2 avocados just before you serve to ensure that the avocados won’t turn brown.
  4. Taste it at this stage, and add more lime and salt as needed.

Notes

Nice to serve as an appetizer with corn chips.

Enjoy!
