Ingredients

Scale

1/4 cup – purple onion – chopped

1 jalapeño – chopped (seed and veins removed to reduce heat)

3035 – grape tomatoes cut in half or quartered depending on the size of the tomatoes

1/4 cup of cilantro

salt and pepper

1/2 of a fresh lime, juiced


Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl add purple onion, jalapeño, tomatoes, salt, lime  juice, and fresh cilantro.
  2. Stir all ingredients together and enjoy.
